U.S. Two-Year Limited End-User Warranty
Audio-Technica products purchased in the U.S.A. from authorized dealers are warranted for two years against defects in materials and workmanship. In case of defect, the remedy may include repair, refund, or replacement by A.T.U.S. Products must be returned prepaid with proof of purchase to A.T.U.S. or an authorized service center. This warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or misuse. Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.

The warranty is limited to the end user and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. A.T.U.S. is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages related to the products.
